The Progio Training Companion is operated through simple screens that are easy to navigate using the keypad located on the top of the device. Progio's main features are the Workout Calendar, the Workout Library, and receiving more workout programs via purchases from Progio Partners.

Home |

Progio organizes your workouts in a Calendar and in a Workout Library. You can also customize your Progio Training Companion in the Device section and Synchronize with your personal progio.com account, managing all your digital assets in a central and secure server location. |
| Calendar |

The Calendar lists all scheduled workouts and workout results that are currently managed on your Progio device. Simply select the date and get started with your workout. |
| Workout Library |

You can also find all of your workouts organized in a Workout Library and categorized by content provider, workout types and more. Simply build your own workout library - you can find workouts at progio.com, you can ask your personal trainer to create one for you, or you can build you own workouts using one of our content partner sites. |

Now working out with Progio is more fun then ever. Progio displays every exercise with detailed instructions, plus, you can easily pull up additional information, such as video clips, images, or text from the pros. And, by the way, Progio also keeps track of your workout, including interval times, rest, completed exercises, and your heart rate data (optional). |

The Progio Training Companion model 20P comes fully equipped with the Polar™ Heart Rate Monitor system. This system consists of a Polar™ Heart Rate Transmitter chest strap and a coded Polar™ Heart Rate Receiver, which is built into the Progio Training Companion. |
| Workout Log |

The Workout Log saves a summary of your workout, including the date, the total time it took you to complete the workout, the number of exercises you performed, and the total number of sets you completed. This summary information may vary depending on your choice of content provider. |
| Synchronization |

Using the Synchronize software, new workouts can be downloaded onto your Progio Training Companion. Also, completed workouts can be uploaded to your account so that your workout program progress can be managed online.
To initiate synchronization, all you have to do is connect your device to the Internet and select Synchronize from the Progio Home screen. |
