PROGIO FOR WINDOWS MOBILE SOFTWARE FAQs
Why can't I use my stylus and must instead use the device buttons to navigate the Progio PDA software?
This is by design. Progio is interactive software application that is intended for use while you work out. If the touch screen were active, accidental screen touches would be common and problematic.
The Progio Training Companion 3- button keypad interface is very simple and intuitive to use. Move the toggle button up and down to change the current highlight and depress the toggle button as the select or “OK” button. Toggle left to go back or hold the toggle button left for 3 seconds to return to the Home screen. You can also press the Progio "P" button to go return directly to the Home screen.
More information about the Progio User Interface is available under Settings | Help within the Progio software, or please refer to the User Guide for complete documentation.
Why can't I play video using Progio on my Windows Mobile 5 PDA?

Why do I get a warning after installing SQL CE on my Windows Mobile 2003 2nd Edition device?
Immediately following installation of SQL CE, the following message may appear on your Windows Mobile 2003 2nd Edition device:
"The program you have installed may not display properly because it was designed for a previous version of Windows Mobile software."
The SQL CE installer was obtained directly from Microsoft and the word from Microsoft is that this message should be disregarded.
Why does Progio require build 14235 (or later) of Windows Mobile 2003 2nd Edition to play video?
The initial versions of Windows Mobile 2003 2nd Edition did not include a component which allows Windows Media Player to be embedded into Progio or any other application. Microsoft corrected this problem in build 14235. Many hardware manufacturers provide free update software for their PDAs so if yours does not have a sufficient OS version, please check with the manufacturer for available updates.
If you your PDA runs Windows Mobile 2003 2nd Edition with a build less than 14235, Progio will still run fine. The only missing functionality will be the ability to play video. You should be able to perform the workouts fine as most exercises are described by photo sequences in addition to video.
How do I check the OS build number of my PDA running Windows Mobile 2003 2nd Edition?
Select Settings from the Start menu. On the System page of the Settings window, select About.

Why can't I log into mobile.progio.com using my iPhone or iPod touch?
If you have a Progio account that you are able to log into on your computer, then you should be able to log into this same account using mobile.progio.com on your iPhone or iPod touch. If you enter your login and password and press the login button, and then are taken to the same screen (with no error messages), the problem may be that your iPhone or iPod touch is not allowing cookies.
