Designed to be performed on alternating days, four times per week, these workouts begin at a modestly demanding level and progress aggressively across 12-weeks. This program will get you into the best shape of your life and increase performance in every sport.
Workout 1:
Train like our nation's elite heroes. In this 12-week integrated program of functional strength and cardiovascular training is designed to match the physical demands of military service. Workout 1 of the TRX Military Fitness Program, targets the lower body, arms and core. Designed to be to be performed on alternating days (day 1 & 4), this workout begins at a modestly demanding level and progresses across the 12 weeks. You will learn expert tips & techniques that allow you to modify each exercise to match your fitness level and get the most out of your workout.
Workout 2:
Train like our nation's elite heroes. In this 12-week integrated program of functional strength and cardiovascular training is designed to match the physical demands of military service. And you’re your Progio PTC, you’ll always have expert tips and techniques at hand to help you build strength, muscular endurance and core stability--achieving Peak Operational Fitness.
Workout 2 of the TRX Military Fitness Program targets the upper body (including chest & shoulders) and core. Designed to be to be performed on alternating days (day 2 & 5), this workout begins at a modestly demanding level and progresses across the 12 weeks. You will learn expert tips & techniques that allow you to modify each exercise to match your fitness level and get the most out of your workout.
